Is my sansevieria start to rot?

There is a spot on my Sansevieria - Las Anod BAIC 54. Is it start to rot? The spot has become bigger since I spot it few days ago. Yesterday I changed the wet soil with the dry one. What should I do now? Thanks for the advice.
