Hi, I'm an electronics ignoramus so please bear with me.

On my multimeter my AA NiCad batteries have a reading of 1.36 after having been inside the below pictured charger approx. an hour or two.

I'm afraid to overcharge them. I searched a long long time on the Net trying to find out:

...what number should display on the multimeter, whereupon I'd know its fully charged? Thanks.
