My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I've been an avid seed collector for a few years but just started trading. check out my trade list and let me know if anything interests you!

I live further North than most, so most of what I have caters to a short growing season, but I've also been known to grow some things that don't belong here by starting indoors.

I included everything that I have in my trade list, some is in short supply others I have plenty for everyone
