My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Its not ideal ,we had to work with building the closet out to the depth of the existing chimney breast and re making the crown moulding , I think it is probably about 19 or 20 inches.
