Loads of ideas on this site, make some ideabooks first. Chop your plan up into bitesize chunks. My guess none of the people here will design your entire house for you just by answering your questions in this forum, but little adjustments, tips and tricks here and there are fine.
Find a designer if you have no clue where to start and look for plenty of examples on what you like. Once you get started and have some good ideas on what you want, post again, so your ideas can be tweaked and/or commented and/or people can help you with your decisions and practical questions.

I found your floor plan on a different thread and wanted to help by adding it here. Thanks so much for posting the labeled plan! I agree with rinqreation's advice about taking the project in little chunks.
