Hi all, we are looking to buy an appartement and have found an interesting one but with a non standard (non square) set up of the living room with open kitchen. This is a new construction and we are bound with our imagination rather than being able to see the space in real. I have attached a plan of the space. Do you think this space is functional and could be well designed given its non standard form? The total living and kitchen space is 38 sq meters (409 sq feet). All the measures are in meter(centimeter). Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks,
