My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Would love to use these lanterns in newly built home but need a chandelier for eating area (7 foot dining table, Chippendale chairs) adjacent to island - open concept (great room, dining room, kitchen) so what could coordinate or isn't that necessary?
