My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could you post the plans. I would like to see the layout of the rooms and square footage. Also, how much per square foot. Thank you!

      The project was designed on a 50'-0" x 200' urban lot. The approximate building footprint was 39' wide and 88' deep past the screen porch on the back. The garage is a tandem. You will want to check with your city to see what setbacks and other requirements you may have for your particular site.

      TEA2 - very handsome house, nice work. Love the simple design and the color palate. I just had a question about the detail near the peak of the roof. Is that a roof vent or is that simply aesthetic? If a roof vent, is it done with a manufactured product, or put together with screen by a carpenter? Thanks.

      It is a functioning Roof Vent. The sheathing at the top is furred up and a screen/cedar breather is installed to allow venting.
