Some of it depends on your lifestyle and how you want to use the space. Right now the floorplan doesn't offer a lot of storage, but that can be built into cabinetry or other storage furniture. Are you able to get new furniture or are you bringing furniture you already owned. If bringing current furniture think how those pieces will fit in your space. Placement of tv is a big factor for many so think where that would go and how furniture can be arranged for best viewing. The kitchen is also very tiny with very little storage. Again if you don't cook a lot, it may not be a big factor, but if you do this may lead to being very frustrating every time you cook. The angles in the apartment make it interesting, but make sure it's got the features you need and want in a home.

Does this apartment come with the kitchen units already installed? If so, it appears there is very little storage or counter space. I know American kitchens are huge by the standards of other countries, but kitchens anywhere require quite of bit of storage. You'd probably want to avoid any countertop storage, as there is so little counter space for preparing food. Perhaps you could add open shelving above the countertops with a hanging rail below and take advantage of wall space. It appears the wall opposite the kitchen wouldn't allow for additional countertop space or deep storage without beginning to crowd the entrance to the bedroom and bath, but it could probably be utilized for shallow shelving or hanging space. The rest of the apartment seems nicely designed and has many opportunities to add shelving or shallow cabinets for storage.
