I like pudding

Take it out of the container and put into a plastic covered bowl. Douse pudding with brandy or even inject some with a kitchen injector needle. Then wrap in a clean lint free tea towel soaked in brandy.and continue dousing, injecting and wrapping with the soaked towel, daily, until ready to serve it. You'll need fresh brandy at the time of flaming it because the alcohol is what burns, and what you've already been putting on the pudding will have evaporated too much to ignite. If you have no experience with igniting liquor, put some in a spoon and give it a try so you know what to expect when it burns. You can probably find videos online to see people flaming puddings.

Soak cheese cloth in Brandy and wrap the pudding with it ,this will then be absorbed into the pudding and keep it moist at the same time . Here is a recipe that will give you all the answers .
