I recently saved this staghorn fern from a nursery. It had outgrown its pot, having its basal fronds rot around where it was touching the pot's rim, and definitely needed to be transplanted elsewhere. I decided to mount it on a wooden board I put together myself.

However, I was not sure of the orientation. It really took off when I took it out of the pot and mounted it up! It sits in the bathroom with a bright North-facing window. Now that it has grown more, I started doubting whether I mounted it in the right direction the more the frond got bigger.

I've read on here that young ferns will tend to correct themselves as they grow more anyway, but just wanted to make sure nonetheless.
