Our shipping department are asking for a postal code for the shipping quote. Once we have that, it should be relatively quick to provide a quote.

I'm not sure if you have had a chance to read our last outreach re shipping quote to Canada. I myself live just outside of Vancouver, where are you located? Once we have your postal code, we can provide an accurate shipping cost.

Hi again!

ok, now that we have a postal code, I will speak with shipping on monday and get back to you with a shipping quote ASAP.

Given that this item includes glass, we highly recommend acrylic to avoid damage to the glass and or frame during transport. In spite of our above and beyond packing methods, we cannot guarantee it will arrive intact with all the handling we expect between North Carolina and Canada. The extra cost for acrylic is nominal, I will include this in your quote tomorrow.

Hi again,

We now have a quote for shipping this artwork to you in Canada. The shipping and duties are included in the shipping cost of $54.00 Canadian currency. the exchange rate is not great right now, we only used 22% vs the actual exchange of 40% to help you make this viable.
