Got unstained walnut, not painted, but construction is outstanding. Very easy to work with. I am a PIA perfectionist customer with difficulty making up her mind and questioning everything. They tolerated me well.

My plumber, who is a perfectionist (but not a PIA), works primarily in quite pricey homes (mine is not) and was more impressed with the appearance and construction of the Oxford cabinets than with any other custom work he has seen. He is having Oxford do some cabinetry for his own home.

Delivery and installation went so smoothly, so quickly, so perfectly that I was astonished. Several years ago my sister got a Plato kitchen about the same size as mine. Installation took almost 3 days. While it was skillfully done and looks very nice, Oxford install is at least as nice and only took about a day. They must dry fit in their shop or something to have it all fit together so perfectly.

They are quite busy so from ordering to installation may take some time, not sure about their current time frame.

I did not but should have asked - they do entire kitchen remodels. That would have saved me a lot of aggravation. I'm sure their work would have been as exceptional as their cabinetry.
