If the warming drawer is new, it's still under warranty. Before calling for repair, I was going to suggest the same thing as Cookncarpenter. That way you will know for a fact the temps of the warming drawer when you call for service. Edit: After typing the above, I noticed that the second place winner, the Taylor 3506 oven thermometer, might be more useful for you cause it goes down to 100 degrees. will try thermom going down to 100. Even though setting on oven says 180 when I put in boiling water it stabilized at 145.
