Oven did not heat up to temperature - usually ur thermometer showed it from 50-100 degrees lower than what we set it at, plus the front right burner didn't light at all. After LITERALLY 12 calls over the course of several weeks with them routinely not calling back when they said they would, we finally got a service call, but burner stopped working again almost immediately, and it sporadically LIGHTS ITSELF - MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE! We had to take it apart and leave it like that for fear of GAS LEAK/FIRE. Once again, I exchanged scores of calls with them over a month and they refuse to fix it. They have no authorized service dealers so I called a highly rated technician who says the problem is deep within the wiring, He can't fix it. I am left with a dangerous, malfunctioning and dangerous range.
