What is the distance between bottom of hood to top of stove? Thanks very nice kitchen!

Thank you for the nice comments. Distance between top of range and bottom of hood is 30 inches.

Thanks. I am also planning to put in a 48 inch hood fan and I will have about 29 inches. Sorry to bother you but how high are your ceilings. Mine are only 8 ft. Do you think that would work okay? Thanks and merry Christmas!

We have vaulted ceilings that are 9ft at the low end and 18ft at the center. However, at 29 inches it should fit depending on how tall the hood is. Is 48 inches the height? Or width of the hood?

The top of the range is usually about even with the countertop, which is 36 inches from the floor. If you want 30 inches of space above the range, and your ceiling is 96 inches high, then you'll need a range hood that is no more than 30 inches in height. Hope this helps.

Thanks! The width if hood is 48 inches height is 18?and depth is 24.
