Outdoor kitchen.

Not sure if I am posting in the correct space. We have an outdoor kitchen. I made a huge huge mistake in having my grill under roof...why huge?? Because the vent hood is 2000. I am kicking myself. I do not want to spend 2000 for an outdoor grill vent hood. My grill is 1200 dollars.

Forgive my ignorance, but if it is under roof and stainless steel, why does it need to be an "outdoor" expensive one? They have standard duct sizes, so even if you put in a cheap vent hood that failed, the vent hood could easily be replaced without tearing up the walls.

this is exactly my question. It's under roof. Away from weather. The grill is 36 inch. 5 burner
