Basement says low ceilings. Low ceilings and rain heads do not mix logistically. The head needs to be 90"+ if you want to ever lift your arms above your head. As in shampoo your hair.

I personally hate rain showers. Takes forever to rinse shampoo with no pressure. They are just like standing in the rain. Thus the name.

I totally agree with Sophie...........I prefer a traditional shower head mounted on the wall high enough for a tall person to use without stooping over.

Agree........Had longest arm put on wall mounted and an adjustable wand next to it so WE :) could use both or get the proper pressure for rinsing.
