My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

window trim

I like the various uses of paint/stain used. I have a sunroom with Marvin double hung windows - 13. I would like to use stain around the window but paint on the trim. Suggestions? Thank you!

Unfortunately, it is hard for us to give you more guidance since the end result is a matter of opinion. We would suggest you keep looking at examples online to make sure you are getting exactly what you want and like. It looks like you are already taking a lot of the correct steps!
