Need help with my small bathroom

Need to replace vanity in bathroom. Very limited in space. Currently have a 18" vanity cabinet with sink that was purchased at Home Depot. It is now falling apart. Having great difficulty trying to find something. Want to stay with a cabinet (for storage) but am having trouble finding a top that will fit and 18" cabinet. Don't really want to go with a pedestal. Does anyone have any thoughts and/or ideas. I'm open to suggestions. Thank you,
