Just saw the Sydney fireworks,.. Awesome!!!

I will be going to the First Night Raleigh celebrations!!

I had a great time at first night Raleigh 2016. The temperatures were warm enough to enjoy despite the drizzly rain!!! Fun Fun Fun!!!

I spent Christmas thru New Years in Guatemala. Even though I hate to fly it was cool looking out the windows of the small plane I was in and watching all the fireworks in the city down below. I am glad to see that all the warm weather here did not fool my fruit trees into blooming too early.

I have a history of either dropping my camera, or walking away and leaving my camera in a hotel room or getting robbed and losing my camera so I rarely take my large camera with me when I travel. I used to take a small pocket sized camera but it decided to quit working so it stays home too. I don't have a smart phone either so you'll just have to imagine the view. Guatemala was so much fun that I will go back again at some point - nicest people in the world and wonderful food.
