My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could you please tell me if the floors are real wood or manufactured? If manufactured, what brand and finish? Thank you.

    The floor is actually a woodlook plank tile. The Homeowner purchased the tile for us to install but if I'm not mistaken it is "Style Selections Natural Timber Ash Glazed Porcelain Indoor/Outdoor Floor Tile" from Lowes. It is a very nice looking tile and wasn't bad to install with the floor prepped approriately. Hope that helps.

    It really does look very good in person. You can tell it's not wood but I wouldn't recommend a wood floor for a wet area like a bathroom, laundry, Mudroom, or entryway anyway so it's a great way to get that look without the potential maintenance issues.
