    Weathering damage occurs when the concrete is saturated with rainfall and a freezing temperature drop happens. This is the way concrete is broken up and worn away.
    The price is determined by the damage...
    Repairs are made and then a waterproofing sealant is applied in colors to complement the homes decor. The waterproofing stops damage from occurring and is periodically maintained.
    Average costs range from 3.00/sqft and up.....
