My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This was done in Sikkens Butternut using 3 coats and the trim and window trim were done in using Sikkens Dark Oak (also 3 coats). Hope that helps!

    The siding is done with three coats of Sikkens Butternut with the trim
    being three coats of Sikkens Dark Oak. The roof overhang varies between 2’ and
    4’. Generally, the main roof has a 3’ overhang with 4’ in the peaks, and
    the dormers are at 2’. The entry roof is about 14’ out from house. Thank
