Mixing subway tile sizes and materials (Cross-posted)

Tiling a 5x4' shower and need help with mixing subway tile sizes and materials!

My inspiration:

I'm using this tile for the shower floor:

The bathroom cabinets are dark grey (SW Software) and the walls are a shade or two lighter grey (SW Gris). Shower has pony walls on two sides with glass uppers and door. I'd like the shower to be (mostly) all white to lighten the space.

I plan to have the accent stripe run through the shower head line (on the 5' wall) and be between 12-16" wide. If I use a standard 3x6" white ceramic subway for the walls, should I go with a 4x12" glass accent? or a 2x4"? Or should I do a larger ceramic??

HELP PLEASE. It's crunch time!
