Casing Suggestion Needed

I have 3 panel shaker interior doors installed in a small bungalow. There is only room for 3 1/4" door casing because of how close they are to hallway walls.

Would it look good with 3 1/4" flat eased edge casing or should I go with a colonial or something with more detail?

What I like about shaker style doors is their simplicity so I would go simple for casings

Patricia that is what I was thinking but was concerned with all the beautiful photos on Houzz that if I didn't pull everything together just right, it will look plain.

Deborah if you look at the photo I posted, I don't have room for the width of the casing that you posted but yes that is what I was describing.

Just use the size you can, but yes keep it simple. You can always use the size you like in all areas that are not constrained by width and then reduce the size of only those casings where width is an issue.
