Hi thank you for your message. Sure I can stain this a lighter finish and build a media cabinet to go along with it. What size media cabinet do you need?

Unfortunately I don't have a ton of great pictures of this table in a lighter finish but I've attached two photos of coffee tables that have a very white finish, and another that uses strips of wood. The table with strips of wood is just a few shades lighter than the table shown. I hope these help but if you could clarify exactly how light you'd like, that would be helpful.
