Lighting help

Hey Houzz and Decor experts! We're still having a little trouble with lighting and would love your advice.
Lights needed: (1) kitchen island (2) dining area (3) foyer (4) outdoor entrance
For our kitchen island, it's 3 wings, ranging 5'6" to 6' with a 9ft ceiling. It was suggested to do 3 pendants (one centered over each wing) remodel cans will also go in to ensure adequate lighting.
My first question: Would the 3 of Hinkley Fulton Pendant look ok over the large island? 16.25Hx18W
Second question: if it will look good, any ideas on coordinating lights?
Third question: if the lantern look wouldn't work, any other suggestions or ideas?
We are doing the wall cabinets white and the islands and wet bar Dorian gray. A little bit of a contemporary rustic look maybe?
