Need countertop advice

I love this kitchen and am using it as my inspiration for our remodel.

We are going for a transitional-modern look and are doing simple, white shaker cabinets with a soft marble (carrara?) subway tile backsplash as pictured above. Any suggestions for a quartz countertop that will look nice? We are considering Caeserstone Pebble (I think that is what's used in pic above), Concrete, Sleek Concrete... I tend to like lighter, more "organic" looking quartzes while my husband likes a more modern, sleek look. Not sure if a little movement in the counter will be coherent with the marble backsplash or if it will compete/clash? Any suggestions? Lighter vs. darker? Movement vs. no movement? Other things I'm not thinking of? We don't have an island, unfortunately, so can't take advantage of dark perimeter with light island. And we have dark, hardwood floors...many thanks in advance!
