Wow, there is a lot going on in your dining room. A little red would pep it up. Do you have window treatments? Any plants? Art?

The pewter piping is very faint. : ) So the basics are the chocalate and wht wash with the other 3 walls a neutral color. No wall art, no plants yet. 2 windows, treatments; ceiling to floor, tan with small broken circles of faint orange & milk chocalate brn, the orange ties into a theme wall in bay window. HELP!!! I do like color just don't know what color(s), is were I need help. What type of accessories would you suggest? Thanks a million.

From what I'm reading - the existing colors in your room are Off-white (ash wood), Chocolate Brown, Caramel, Silver (Pewter), pale Orange, Tan and Beige (Draperies).

Since there are so many variations of browns, neutrals and Orange I wouldn't add another major color as it could get take away from your rich neutral scheme - I'd simply layer in deeper tones of what's already there and bring in some shine: Bring in rich brown, Orange or golden-hued table coverings (Runners/placemats/napkins), China with orange or gold motifs, Silver/Pewter Candlesticks and napkin rings, Artwork in silvered or gilded frames (It doesn't matter what colors are in the paintings, as long as they're real paintings), a modern gold-toned drum-shaped chandelier or a traditional oversized silver/black lantern above your table, perhaps even a cream rug with brown or orange motifs such as these from Horchow:

If you want to make your space really rich and dramatic - Paint all 4 walls an even darker shade of chocolate brown and add more creams, silver and gold elements to the room as they, along with your cream colored furniture, will pop out against the dark brown.
