Seeking Magnolia grandiflora "Poconos"

Hello everyone,

I want to buy a Magnolia grandiflora cultivar that will not only brave our SE PA zone 6b temps, but also the stiff wind chill from off the mountain just west of my home. I have heard good things about the "Poconos" cultivar -- some of it on Gardenweb by someone with the handle "greenthumbzdude" -- but I just can't find any vendor selling it. Can anyone help?

As an aside, I am familiar with the descriptions of some other cultivars, including Bracken's Brown Beauty, Edith Bogue and Victoria. Of these Victoria sounds the best, but Poconos is in first place.
