Houzz App Horror!

I recently purchased an iPad mini 4 and because of that I needed to sign into the houzz app. No biggie, right? Wrong! Every time I click on my avatar in the upper right hand corner it dumps me out of houzz and onto my main page of the mini. Please help! Thank you. ~D

I see where houzz did an app update on January 12, too. Hmm! Plus, this thread doesn't even appear on the app, only here on the browser.

Okay, this is showing now in the app but I still can't get into my ideabooks, etc. it keeps kicking me off.

I deleted the app and got it again from the cloud so it's working now. Yay!

I can't even get mine to delete, suggestions? I thought I'd delete and reinstall

Hi there, So sorry for the issues you had, but glad the delete and reinstall worked for you.

Champion Cabinets, if you hold your finger on the houzz icon on your device, an X should appear in the corner after a few seconds. Tap there to delete and confirm the deletion in the popup that appears. All your account information is safe and will be there for you when you reinstall and log back in. Hope that helps!

I'm having the same issue. After about 3 minutes on Houzz my iPad shuts down to my main screen. If I delete Houzz and reinstall will I loose all my pictures etc?

Hi Tina, You will not lose all your pictures. Once you log back into your account, you will find everything as you left it.

I tried to delete and reload, but it it says that it's installing. It's been installing for two days?!

Hmmmm... that shouldn't be. Try deleting again and make sure your IOS is up to date. If you still have issues, shoot us a message through support.houzz.com. Thanks!
