I have a Windcrest slant line 30"w x 18"h x 27"d @1200cfm w/3 speed blower (removable baffles). Made in CA. I went with a 27" deep for my Bluestar range, took Windcrest about 4 weeks to manufacturer for me. I am extremely happy with the fit and finish and performance of this hood....

The bluestar doesn't include the blower, so you are really around $3k for that

That would come out around $2k with the blower. Good quality baffle filter hood with 1200 cfm blower

Notice in the picture above the flanking cabinets are flush with the hood. When you do this, you don't have to have the extra 3" hood width on each side.

I used the extra 3" for the depth (27") to capture my front 22k burners, my old hood was at 24" deep (under cabinet) and did not capture all the smoke/grease effluent, especially the front of my stove top. I did remove my small upper cabinet to accommodate the 18" height on the new hood. I have a couple of inches of capture space to spare side to side.....
