My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hiding the pipes

How did you manage to hide the usual P-trap plumbing underneath the sink? Is it in the wall somehow? Thank you - it's a beautiful room!

    Hi thank you for the questions, apologies for the late response!

    Thank you we love this room. The bespoke vanity is quite deceiving, the draws were 300mm high and we used a smaller waste traps that were inset into the draws and then the pipe work went straight into the wall. As this was part of a loft conversion we were able to make the depths of the walls deeper to allow for piping to be inset into them.
