My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Coretec Plus Cl v Metroflor Engage in bathroom and around bar for base

We are considering a Metroflor Engage or Coretec plus XL for our basement remodel. Has anyone installed the Metroflor in a basement on concrete? It will also be in the bathroom. I understand both are waterproof. We can get the Metrofloor at $3.00 per sq ft vs $4.75 for the Coretec. Any feedback on either floor would be greatly appreciated.
