We are replacing tile in a small bathroom (10 x 4?). Previously there was crema marfil diamond tiles 1.5". We would like to get the same general look, but are unable to obtain similar tiles in the necessary time table.

We like the crema marfil 5/8" square/mosaic, but are wondering if smaller tiles are no longer en vogue. I also like the Tuscan clay crossville herringbone but am wondering if that is too large a pattern for a small space (I think they're 3 x 16").

We definitely want natural stone in a beige/tan color. What is current? Do I go for a larger tile? If so, do I have it laid straight or on the diagonal?

I wasn't expecting to have to replace the current tile, and it needs to be replaced ASAP, so I'm unsure of what direction to take? Help!
