Can you help me understand why my ovens only came with 1 wire rack per oven? And came with a bunch of enameled trays that are meant to slide into the oven directly as a pan, not on the wire shelves?

Also, I am disappointed it did not come with the pizza stone... have to order that on top of the cost of the oven... not cool.

As annoyed as I am, i will say I roasted potatoes and veggies in the enamel pan and wow, did they come out amazing!
