I think the travertine is fine. You've already invested in this stuff and it's fairly neutral with respect to your interior. (Where you have to be careful is pairing it with cool tones and other strong patterns and colors). Keep the flow going with a cohesive whole house design of just one color tone in your cabinetry. I agree -- the travertine looks pretty neutral. Unless you're considering an entire first floor gut, I think you're okay. Ensure whatever you choose for the bathrooms works well in the space. Don't choose something at the store -- bring samples home and see how the light is reflected in your home and how it works with the travertine transitions.

Thank you for the advice, both bathrooms are on the second floor and another on the second floor is a jack and Jill, I did use travertine, dark cabinet with a light granite, I just wanted to make sure, it would be OK to continue the same, both bathroom to be done, are next to hard wood floors in a dark color. Here are a few picture to get an idea. Sorry about the mess in my daughters bathroom, but you get the idea. Thank you
