I have been looking all over for part 2 since I voted on all the others thus far, then came by it just now :) I love the house structure and, the spaciousness of it, the designs but the colour just blinds :o Can you imagine how it would look in neutral colours? Just beautiful.

By the way, what are tardies door?? Keep seeing posts asking about them?

Not with that reflective paint everywhere. This kind of paint would drive me crazy, because of all the reflections bouncing off the walls all the time, also, no rest for the eyes.

As designers we often must yield to our client's desires ... If lacquered walls are a must I would convince my client to use a neutral color and inject color as an accent using decorative art pieces.

It would be good if the designer can convince the client to just have one wall painted, to see if he/she can live with it.

momof, the tardis is a time space machine. it is blue and looks like a police box, only one in existence. Owned by Dr Who. I know it is one of my geeky things, but i do love it. and if the pic is something you hate? why not step into a door that can take you anywhere, anytime?!

Yes, I would, love the colors....but I would have put a contrast color for the runner, like black or turquoise same as painting....

If it's in NYC I'd sooooo happy to live in it. We currently pay $2500 for an alcove studio in NYC, I'd be so glad to take over that condo!!!
