Sorry to pour cold water on your idea but it is highly unlikely. We don't know where you live or what experience and equipment you have but it is a very tall order. Your best chance, imo, would have been to start them last year since they are perennial. They would bloom more reliably in their second year. And for large, blemish free blooms carnations would be best grown under glass. Trying to grow flowers for a specific date is a recipe for a nervous breakdown if you are in the throes of wedding planning.

You could, however, with a bit of pushing the envelope, get some sweet peas under way - there are some beautiful whites and creams and very fragrant.
