What is your budget for your project? Quartzite could be a good option Naica quartzite or Crystal Quartzite, but it is quite expensive. Otherwise a man made Quartz, like LG Minuet would be a good option, or Hanstone Aspen. Granite may not be a good option as by its nature it isn't white.
