Who will be using this bathroom primarily? I know you didn't ask, but....if you are actually going to be having two people using this bathroom, would you consider putting in a second sink? It looks so bare without a mate. And, will the users be able to reach the lights to adjust them? I guess I just assume you're going to have a 12-year old girl and a 10-year old boy who both need to get ready for school at the same time. If it's just going to be for guests, your choices are good. Be careful how high you hang the mirror/s.

No one :) ... we don't have any kids so it's just the bathroom between the 2 spare rooms. The builder installed the sinks too low for us (32") but we're going to live with that for the time being. The lights are actually at standard height for sconces (I can't remember what that is though ... ) so they are not too high to reach. Our master bathroom has 2 sinks. We needed to save some money so put the money into countertops and other must haves for us so opted not to put in a second sink here. Particularly as it's just the 2 of us.
