Interesting looking house. Here is an example with stucco exterior.

Stucco might be the best way to go, it is native to the locale and will look good in the landscape of the area. Further, it will provide an even surface that will shadow the articulates all the interesting surfaces and create a wonderful sense of form and light showing off how unique the house is. You can tell by looking at how it is now that your eye looks at the textures of the materials and not the forms of the architecture. You could use a variety of colors or materials as shown above but with this house I really feel one uniform color will be best because there is so much natural articulation and adding more will only make it feel busy or cluttered. One last thing use warm colors for the stucco. in the picture above you can feel how dull the house looks and especially in your locale warm colors will be natural to the area.

If the first photo is the front you definitely need windows because it feels like some bedouin fortress now. A home always wants to look inviting and windows and openings do this. Right now it discourages wanting to come in. In fact it is difficult to tell where you are supposed to come in.

You are also right that wood is definitely right. There is nothing that you can do to it to keep it from deteriorating in you climate. Within 5 years it will look awful. In fact unless you live in a really moist climate all wood will deteriorate from dryness and UV penetration.

But this is a cool looking house. I love it. It is unusual and can really look fabulous.

Its a little late to be asking should I add windows. Didn't you go over the plans with your architect? By the looks of the concrete block work this looks like its in the islands.

Beautiful doors, unfortunately here in south Florida the exterior doors have to meet product approved wind load criteria for those funny rain storms called "hurricanes". Will keep you in mind though. However, we can use your doors for interior applications

White stucco does reflect more light in, without a lot of extra heat. And if you like wood, but wood won't last in your climate, go for brown stone, ceramic wood, composite.
