What type of floors you have? I assume wood of some sort? "Dustless" refers to several versions of refinishing. It is not a regulated term. It can be used in many ways...so you will need to ask about the PROCESS when interviewing each and EVERY professional you speak with.

Some call a "chemical adhesion" product "dustless" (no sanding) whereas other professionals will call a high-end "dust extraction unit" that is attached to their sander a "dustless" system. Both are allowed to be called 'dustless'.

As for furniture moving...most of the "high-end" professionals (highly professional, well established, well trained refinishing professionals who work in teams) have the "furniture moving" as a "for fee" service. They have to carry more insurance to offer this service (for both your home's furnishings as well as their workers' health). As you can see, the "move furniture" option requires a team, which requires a shop that has more than just "a guy".

Personally I would start with NWFA professionals in your area...and choose the one that offers all the services that you are looking for. The cost for these professionals will not be the lowest bid, but they will be the most competent.
