Definitely worth a try. I use H2O2 in my garden all the time. It is organic and readily available. Also oxygenates the soil. Do not use it full strength... I dilute 2 cups of 3% in a gal. of water. You can spray it on your plants too, top to bottom. I would use it on the soil as a drench and plant the tomatoes the next day and use a quality landscape fabric as a barrier between the plants and the soil. I put down straw or natural double ground mulch on top of the fabric. A lot of virus's are airborne also so you can only do so much..... I keep mine under row covers as long as I can.
