is hydrogen peroxide considered organic?

Am planning on trying a 3% hydrogen peroxide drench in the area where my tomatoes grow. They were diagnosed with a virus 4 yrs. ago. I didn't plant them again for 3 years. Decided to try again last year. They looked great at first, then that virus hit again. Did not have them mulched well at all so contaminated oil could have splashed up on them or 3 yrs. was not enough to kill the virus in the soil. I only have this small area located in the sun, rest of yard is shade, so moving them to another area of my garden is not an option. Thought the peroxide was worth a try.
