Love the house

I love the mixture between materials used, especially the stone on the columns. Is the stone being used fake or real? Also out of curiosity what is the estimated square footage? Thank you

Thank you, we like it too. Yes, the stone is a faux stone made by Coronado; Pro-Ledge - Black Forest. The square footage is just shy of 4,200.
