I third bump this. Every year, I receive some crushed seeds in an envelope because they were sent without some cushioning. It's usually some kind of squash, other curcurbit, bean or other larger seed. It's so easy to cut up a used bubble envie the same size as an envelope and tape the seeds to it. I am able to mail these out with 1 stamp so long as they are uniform in thickness, and don't weigh more than an ounce.

It really does help. Even with a small trade. I know when I receive crushed seed due to no padding whatsoever I don't want to trade with that person again.

I also wright on the envelope do not send threw rollers on the front and back someone told me to do that I don't know if it helps but i have never had anyone complain

I have received many trades in bubble envelopes. All (that I remember) came in good shape (at least as good as they were before going into the envelope).

I have received two or three trades without bubble envelopes, and, to the best of my memory, every one of these had seeds ripped out of the envelope and gone or squashed flat.

I no longer trade with people that won't do bubble envelopes. Making your own would be fine, but they need to have the bubble stuff.
