Hi, It takes usually 4 business days to get to NJ, The panels are only 1.5 mm thick on the flat areas which is about thickness of a nickel. and about half inch on the dimensional areas coming out. THe ends you can apply any type of trim you prefer, like wood trim. The seams you would caulk using paintable latex caulking which is applied after your first light coat of primer/sealer. then after the caulking is done you apply your choice of latex paint. you can use a brush or spray gun to apply the paint.

I'm bummed because I checked out your site and I LOVE the "Kites" design and the "Cullinans" design but they don't come in MDF. Do you think you'll be adding more MDF in the near future. Otherwise I'll have to compromise and get Gigi or Lucy. Thanks for your help. T

I can send you the Cullinans also, you may find that the durability will work for you bar..those designs are actually very good for durability as you will see, unless someone is going to seriously intentionally looking to damage them, which in that case any covering would get damaged..i think that you may find them to work..it is no problem for me to send you samples as id like for you to see and feel them first.
