18" dishwashers and toe kicks

Anyone come up with a way to handle the difference in height of the toe kicks of an 18" DW (ADA Compliant)? I know there are stainless covers you can buy but seems the Miele is the only one to allow you to use a regular sized cabinet door that will fully operate. Client has a Bosch. Cabinets are framed full overlay
