My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The chair and a half swivel chairs are Century Studio. The fabric I believe was Romo. I'll have to look it up.

      The swivel chair and a half's were discounted to my client the sale price with the COM fabric was $2,718.00 each.
